A Note From Sara
“I deeply respect the trust that is instilled in me as my clients share their most intimate thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Sitting alongside them in this messy journey of life is a daily reminder that we are not alone. I am thrilled when I see clients bring the vulnerability and courage they discover in therapy into their personal lives.
“As your therapist, I will start off by getting to know you by centering your life and relationship experiences with thoughtful care and consideration. Then, together we will identify what is working, discover what leaves you feeling aligned, and untangle the parts that leave you feeling stuck. In our work together, I hope you leave each session knowing you are not a self improvement project, but a worthy person in progress of growing.
“Understanding people, patterns, and relationships is embedded in who I am. Through my own work as a client I’ve gained a deep knowing of how my past has impacted my present. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, struggle in conflict, experience disconnection, and feel a bit lost at times. Through this I’ve developed a firm belief in the power of healing through connection, and my top priority is to create a therapeutic relationship characterized by authenticity, trust, empathy, and non-judgement.”
