How Does Online Counseling Work?

We make meeting online with your counselor simple and easy, so you can focus on getting the help you need. Here’s how it works:

  1. Choose the online counseling/telehealth option when you schedule online or call our office.
  2. About 10 minutes before your online therapy session you will receive an email with a secure link to your private meeting with your counselor.
  3. Simply click on the link, and you’ll be admitted into the online counseling session at the time of your appointment.
